True about Vietnamese first-gen immigrants. Even established folks tend to keep some wealth in-hand.

Home invasion robberies are somewhat common Vietnamese communities...by Vietnamese gangs preying on their own.

These gangs also run protection rackets among businesses...because in addition to banks, there's a relative lack of trust in the PoPo.
