What a flaming, stinking, no good for $hit lawn mower. This MF won't run if ~ANY~ moisture gets in the gas tank. That includes taking a leak 5' from it. The fuel may look dry but this mower don't give a handful of $hit to the contrary.

Sorry rolling piece of ultimate garbage. Every single time I need to mow. I gotta take the basturd carb off. Drain the fuel in the tank and the carb. The carb I have to pull the bowl off and clean it out.

Damn thing saw less then 5 minutes of rain. That's more enough for this junk turd. All I want to do is mow the Damn grass. Can't even do that without having to play lawn mower mechanic.

    This is me,

This is the gotdamn lawn mower,

I really hate this a$$cOcK of a mower.

    Which mower please enlighten.

Not that it solves your problem but, a Petcock placed inline that shuts off fuel supply to the carb, and run the carb dry before storage. Stabil 360 and premium fuel, and top off fuel tank. Also ditch any junk lawnmower fuel filters, buy an automotive style for carbureted trucks and place inline(may require additional fuel line)

If I were closer, I'd bring you a beer. Had the same problem with a Ryobi 4-cycle trimmer. Any inclination of moisture and the carb sputtered like Gersh Kuntzman firing an AR-15.

I don't know the brand. It's a $160 job from Lowe's. That they no longer sell. The engine is a Briggs&Stratton. I looked up the motor a ways back. Seems that Briggs decided to redesign the carb. It's completely plastic and a huge POS.

I got the mower for free. The mower had been used about three times. Practically brand new. The fuel bulb fell out the carb and the owner didn't want to mess with it during move out. The bulb didn't break, rot or got damaged. The fuel bulb simply fell off. $16 later and it was fixed. Plastic ring broke that holds the bulb in place.

As long as the mower stays completely dry, it runs fine. Yes, I keep it covered. Any amount of water hits the gas tank or carb and its broke.

Today was my sixth time pulling the carb off. I feel like rolling out in the street and calling the cops. Telling them there's a rogue mover in the street. Feel free to fill it full of bullet holes.

You can probably get away with buying a metal carb for a different mower. Amazon has them for around $20.

The carb slips onto a tube going to the head. A plastic ring holds an O-ring in the bore of the carb. Slip fit. It wouldn't matter if it was metal. It'd still be junky.

Behold the turd. The video really sells it up. "Float Feed"...lol..they made that $hit up.

    push mower?

for no good reason I upgraded my mower to a Troybilt for $300ish and am pretty happy. Single lever adjusts the front/back deck height, has a quick connect to hook a hose up to the deck for washing, and all this other crap.

Between it, and our mini bikes, we really don't use a lot of fuel, so I always get 93 octane and treat it with B3C Ethanol Shield. Never prep for winter and never a problem in spring. Have fired up all the bikes, the mower, and the trimmer recently with no issue (and my shitty pressure washer).

    Just my $0.02

Heck, Ford is getting 310HP from their turbo 4 banger Mustang so they dumped the V6 option. Chevy 'only' makes 275 with their turbo 4, but gets 335 from the V6 on cheap gas. Gotta love the advances in engine technology.
