The snail I stepped on coming back in through the front gate put up more of a fight. The NRA has repeatedly stabbed gun owners in the back over the years. Unfortunately, they are the "big boys on the block" for now. And with them having the name recognition they do, until somebody like GOA can fight back against the bully, we're stuck with them.

Any legislator, bureaucrat, or government employee who proposes or enforces any law, regulation, or rule that put any restrictions whatsoever on the 2nd Amendment is guilty of treason and deserves to be drawn and quartered.

2016 was the last time I voted Trump and that was the last time I vote Trump. His dog whistle got the whole anti-gun thing going and his "I'll take the heat" comment gave Gov. Scott and all the other states the go ahead to take the guns away. Thanks a lot NRA for your sitting on your hands. I think it's time our spokeswoman took a long vacation. When a 16 year old can make her and Rubio look deaf and dumb it's time for a new playbook.

Yep, exactly what I thought would happen. The ATF can do anything they want. They just change a rule or a definition or two and BAM, done deal. No committees, no voting. Just a lame comment period (which means nothing) and they make it so.

Now we got to bring lawsuits to try and reverse it. That will take a few years and may not pan out either.

The NRA called my cell phone today looking for money, I hung up on them...

What a criminal crock of poop! I’d like to see the wording of this new ATF ruling. I’ll wager dollars to donuts it’s wide open enough to make Miculeks trigger finger illegal.

Trump seems to be going full retard. He may well live up to my expectations and cause the destruction of the GOP.

Every time the NRA calls me I tell them 'thanks for calling, I will be sending a donation to the GOA'. And then I go on to explain why.

Now, if they had said that they were going to regulate bump fire stocks, but also get rid of the Hughes Amendment so that with the proper paperwork (and a $200 bribe to the feds) they could make their own full-auto firearms, I suspect that would be something that a lot of firearm owners might look favorably at.

Of course, the *honest* thing to do would be to admit that NFA34 and GCA68 are totally unconstitutional and repeal them. Unfortunately, we have too many RINOs in the legislative branch (and I'm beginning to think in the executive branch also).

well he alienated a small section of his base.

In my opinion he is still way better than any other choice we had in the Primaries.

And depending what other pots he stirs if he keeps up with what he is doing and the market stays up and unemployment low its going to be hard for a Republican to take his spot.
