Did you take them to the Woodlands?

They made the trip from central Collin Co. down to the Richardson/Plano line.

Boy (!), those things were WILD and mad upon their release! (They didn’t know how close I came to just shooting them!). End of driveway/“cat poop” problem.

No animals were hurt in the making of this episode.

What is your dog doing during these kitty cat strolls through the yard? It's suppose it's job to keep cats out the yard. It might be time for a sit down with the canine. Explain the cat situation and his role in the situation.

Well, unlike the cat owners, my dog lives inside. I think she was still asleep with my GF when I opened the back door.

It's the first time I've seen a cat there, hence the rant today.

A Daisy Red Rider BB gun might help keep your yard under control. :green: Just a little sting occasionally may do the trick as well as allow you to sharpen up you shooting skills without killing the cat!

I have an airsoft pistol, but I only just opened the door and it was climbing up the fence.
Never could have gotten a shot off.

You need more tactical shooting courses.
I opened the door and the cat was halfway up the fence, the airsoft pistol was on the kitchen counter. Shooting courses would not have helped.
If I had looked out the window before opening the door and seen it, things might have been different.

screen off the window. a bit of lube so it opens quiet. Bonus no one will see you do the deed next time it shows up.

And if you want it to stay a bit build a shelf out of reach of your dog and place some food make sure you have a good line of sight from the window.

Lesson you should have learned: Don't open that door unless the airsoft is already on your shoulder.

You have obviously never cleared an area or room. There are courses for that.

Had an old neighbor lady who fed animals, including a couple of feral cats. Didn’t take me long to get tired of them taking a dump on my driveway. They had to go. I made a “live trap” out of scrap wood and chicken wire. Hauled them off six or seven miles across town - never saw them again.

Something seriously wrong with THAT lady ....doesn't she know, it's OK to keep up to 26 cats indoors when you are a crazy cat lady.

See...all this concealed carry paranoia, but the ONE time you need to be armed.....

I'm just an animal lover.( If you don't believe me, ask the sheep.) But I love and interact with many animals.

I'll make a quick generalization: any toofless idiot in a mobile home can love him a pit bull.

Cat ownership takes a bit more dignity and care,IMHO.
