After centuries of suffering occupation, abuse and murder at the hands of the British, the Tommies and Collaborators deserved a lot worse than the poorly armed IRA was able to repay.

I guess that fits into improvised weapons for a SHTF moment. Some of the designs I've never seen before. Some are incredible and can be mass produced. Plenty of good ideas in case zombies hit.

    I call fake on this!

Everybody knows that the U.K. has the strictest gun control of almost every where. And we all know that if guns are outlawed, then nobody will have a gun, right? Right???

Given that Northern Ireland is and has been under the extremely draconian rule of the rabid anti gun brits, then we have to presume that this is fake posed bull hockey, because we all know that theres no guns in the U.K., right?????

As a side note, why the puck is England still hanging onto Ulster when the rest of the country was freed way back in the 1920's? Why hang onto that little north eastern corner of the country that was invaded under Queen Elisabeth the first in the 1500's and was under the brits boot heel for all those centuries?

What? They did not buy these firearms at gunshows, taking advantage of the loophole??

Given the machine shop capabilities in Ulster, I am surprised they did not make guns with a tad more refinement.

Six of the nine counties of Ulster are occupied. Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan are free, while Antrim, Tyrone, Fermanagh, Derry, Down & Armagh remain imprisoned by the Crown.

    Again, the question of why?

I don't feel any sympathy for any brit soldier of occupation that gets killed in Ireland.
