Anyone familiar with this shop in Houston and have a way of getting in touch with them aside from listed phone number and email address?

I ordered two lowers from him via GB a few weeks ago and have called and left VMs and text and haven't heard a word since I spoke to him on the phone and completed my order. I just initiated a fraud claim through GB but would rather just have my lowers.

Emailed him today asking about Aero Precision lowers. He responded within 4 hours and said another company had them and gave me their contact info. I then replied back asking about the two I already paid for, crickets. And that was 14 hours ago.

Anyone ever filed a "theft of conversion" for firearms or other products purchased online and never received? Any peace officers have any insight or thoughts on that course of action?

All I want are the two lowers, no trouble or hassle, just the parts I have already paid for.

The entity's registration or certificate was ended as a result of a tax forfeiture or an administrative forfeiture by Texas Secretary of State.

That happens more often than you might think. I resolved four of those in the past month. The state "lost" a bunch of franchise tax extensions, and their go-to seems to be to forfeiture. That guy likely doesn't even know it yet.
