    Helotes!
A lady in my neighborhood is claiming on its Facebook page that someone stole her Beto sign and replaced it with a Cruz one. First, I find it ironic that anyone supporting a known criminal would be offended by a theft.

Secondly, I informed her that her sign was illegally placed in the right-of-way, and that it could have been removed by the authorities who can do so without prior notice. She didn't like that either. Typical Beto supporter, hating to be held liable for their actions.

Lastly, I honestly suspect she made the story up to garner support for the socialist as he got his ass handed to him by Cruz during the debate.

Not surprisingly, the thread was deleted...

    That place east of Waco....
IIRC, district judges are exempt from the gun-free (murderers-welcome) school laws. Since election judges are held in the same light as district judges per the AG, I think you're good to go. Better odds than hoping that your bodyguard is bulletproof.....

I drive about 5000 miles a month, I'd say 3000 or more in Texas alone.

I see A LOT of Beto signs. Big city, rural, you name it. Maybe 15:1 to Cruz signs. Maybe not the best gauge, but it is a little worrisome.

    .....at a good humor?

(Im sorry, just couldnt resist that one)

Well, none of you got it right, but ever since I was a kid, I loved the Good Humor man.

BTW: Why would anyone worry wether Beto hit every county. He didn't. But since when do democrats base their drivel on facts or reality?

I say, much like Hank Williams Jr. he's just carrying on the family tradition.

"Beto" has made a big deal about all the counties he's visited, and a few times has bragged that Ted Cruz is "too busy" to visit the people like he has.

During those times, Cruz was in Washington, actually representing his constituents. While "Beto", who is in the House of Representatives, was campaigning instead of doing his damn job. Of course, one less liberal voting in DC is a good thing, but the hypocrisy is notable.

I've been clear across Texas, east, west, north and south, and although I won't claim I have been to every county in Texas, I can probably claim I've been to most. Beto never really said that he stopped in each county, he also didn't refute Cruz's statement as photo ops. I imagine having been born in El Paso he has probably been many places in Texas, so I'm not even sure he has actually campaigned in each county, but still could make the claim of being to each county in Texas, just not specific on when.

From what I've seen and heard from Beto his agenda has been one of praising Hillary and opposing Trump and then has the audacity to try and put down Cruz for not doing enough for Texas. I'm sorry, but if your position is one of opposition instead working for the betterment of Texas, you're a waste of taxpayer money.

    sharkey,

Beto O'Rourke resembles TEDDY KENNEDY in numerous ways including his dedication to SOCIALISM, rather than John F. Kennedy, as JFK for all his faults (WHO here doesn't HAVE faults??) was basically HONORABLE, a WWII hero & LOVED THE USA.

Beto, IF he was elected, has stated that he would be a, "loyal Democrat & I will fully support the policy positions of our Party". = In other words, he would SUPPORT the LEFTIST schemes & CORRUPY practices of people like Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin & Chuck Schumer & would be their "creature".
Imo, we need such a person, representing Texas, like we all need a cancerous tumor.

    yours, satx
