Sounds like she will be a yes, but she is still grandstanding so we don't know for sure.

Everything she has said about Kavanaugh for 15 minutes has been positive. Still enjoying the sound of her own voice.

Her defense of Kavanaugh and his judicial decisions can only lead to a “yes” vote from her. Now the sole remaining Senator in question is Manchin and so far it looks like he may be leaning toward a ‘yes’ vote also. (Perhaps a matter of long term self-preservation and retaining a viable political career in WV?)

Collin's speech was very reasoned and sound. She covered all the bases. Has changed my opinion about her.
