    I require a TXDL at the least, so I see the person is from the State, because if I were to sell it to someone out of State, it would not be legal on any level.

    I think this is a popular misconception. Selling to an out of state resident, per se, is not illegal. Selling to someone have a reason to believe is not a resident of your state is illegal. It is not your responsibility to be a detective and prove the person is a resident of your state. If he says he is, and you have no reason to doubt him, that's good enough.

    I wish the world worked that way. Then if I got caught and put on the stand for killing child rappers, and the prosecution asked did you intended to kill that guy? I would say, "I didn't know it was a guy." Dismissed. If only it worked that.
