Who is to blame for this wildfire? DT had some opinions on it. Is he correct? I haven't been to CA since probably 2002.

I read one time that terrorist start these fires for economic and scare tactic reasons. One day it will be the electrical grid.

There are fires almost every year in southern California. There are plants that can only germinate in a fire, and they build up flammable fluids within itself that can cause combustion from just reflection.

    Hoji,

What you're doing is highly commendable.

Do you think californians would come here if needed and return your kind of help to Texas?

I know in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, California Highway Patrol assisted in search and rescue, and honestly, while I disagree with most everything about California and Californians, they're still Americans and thus our brothers and sisters.

I know for a fact that they have. I have a friend in San Jose who joined a big team from Team Rubicon and they went out to Beaumont to help with post-Harvey clean up.
