    Prep is 99% of the process to paint the scope and rifle assembly. Prep and clean for paint. tape off areas that don't get paint. Don't Overspray and get drips. Make some way to hang barrel and transport so you don't have to touch it. Patience in letting the coating dry and set up. I let it hang 7 full days before I touched it and installed it. Once it dries it is hard as all get-out. I dropped the rifle and I thought it would be chipped. It chipped the paint of the other object it hit.

    I recently assembled a FN A4 clone. Took a picture and sent it to some Marine buddies like so:
