Contemplation over. I went with Optics Planet whom had it on sale. found a 5% off code and took the 2 day air code off (took the free ground shipping instead), so I got the $800 scope for $558:

Bought a half inch and one inch riser for mounting my night vision scope. Kind of need to lift it up some so I don't have to crane my head sideways so much.

Ordered a scope mount, level, 2 AR triggers, and a few other small parts from Larue Tactical.

Will post pictures when it shows up and I get it all together.

I wish Ruger would put the BX Trigger in the 10/22 to begin with, good choice.
An extended mag release is in the near future. Recommendations? Also, the 10/22 Breakdown with a few goodies is one of my next missions. Not as pimped up as yours. But maybe two or three goodies.

I bought mine at Academy for about $20, can't remember who makes it, but it works great. It's so much easier to use.

Ya can get a 10/22 for $210. If the trigger was a standard option it would make them $250-$260, then you would have the idiots sueing Ruger because the trigger was too light.

Ruger made a good decision to sell the trigger as an optional item.
