We got this little varmit 2 weeks ago. Minature Dachshund abt 7 months old and 8lbs. I think he spent most of his life in a crate. He was afraid of everyone and didn't know his name. He has found a different life around here and is adapting real well to it. Spoiled is not the word to describe him. We are enjoying (???) potty training another inside dog. The picture in the bed I had gotten up earlier and when I went in to take him out he growled and barked at me.

My 82 lb. Australian Shepherd, Tucker. If you're not training him, he's training you! Smart, willful, and very communicative. I don't mean he barks a lot, but he knows how to tell us what he wants, or what he wants to do. I've never had a dog that I could watch him weigh his options and make a decision, then, he does what he decided to do! Sometimes, that's what I wanted him to do, but not always!

That’s one beautiful dog. And you can see the intelligence in that look he gave the camera.

The Australian word ‘Tucker’ did not get past me (Food or Dinner).

I've heard of hogs liking to rub against creosote post, but a pit eating one takes the cake.

THose things can destroy anything. We just found my wife's prized peach tree chewed in half about 6" from the ground.

Pits love to chew stuff. Mine has about 14 chew toys. But alas, none were outside with her.
