I see a lot of guys posting about issues that seem to be from low T of what I have read of it, why does everyone think this is becoming such a problem in our society? I am pretty heavy so I know that's a big factor in why I feel so fatigued a good amount of the time

Because for some it’s true and because for others a “doc” can make good $$ selling T implants.

You hear it all the time now cause there is good $$ in it. We are living and working and playing longer than ever before. A trend which will undoubtedly continue. The human body adapts over many many generations not 3-4. People wanting (maybe even needing) to keep feeling and performing as if they are still in their 20-30 while in their 50’s are looking for whatever they can grasp at.

I have read that more often than not the Doc's will prescribe test that is already lower than what people with low T produce on their own so all it does is shut down their natural supply and gives no benefits keeping them coming back begging for an increase

That’s not quite how test works as I understand it. Even if that was the case, bloodwork tells the tale. I do agree that there’s money in the game, and there always will be.

Nope. My test results to prove that the T medication boosts T levels in a major way. Like more than a ten fold increase in my case. And it does not shut down the body's ability to produce T. Besides, my T was so low before starting T medication, it could not get much worse.

I know that taking T overtime will stop your body producing it on it's own, that's the same for any supplemental treatment. I'm glad they have you on the appropriate doses!

If you are generally healthy and have low T, you can more than likely help yourself by beginning working out on a regular basis, eating good fats like you get from avocados and almonds and getting 8 hrs sleep.
I brought my own numbers up without juicing.
In fact the doctor would not prescribe me test because I wasn't low enough and he said if I had zero, then that's a medical problem he could treat but since I had decent labs my body was making plenty of T but I wanted more but he refused to give me shots because he said it could lead to my body stopping production of natural T and leaving me dependent on injections

In my opinion, the reason it's so popular now is that it's covered by insurance. Yes as people get older they produce less testosterone. Yes other factors can also lower testosterone levels.

If insurance didn't pay to fix it, people would still be dealing with it. If all you have is a small copay, and it makes you feel better, then it becomes popular. As for the money involved, billing the insurance company is a game where they overbill, the insurance cuts the bill, and they jockey back and forth between who is overbilling and who is cutting too much.

As for the body no longer producing enough testosterone on it's own, aren't the folks who need the injections already not producing enough on their own?

I was on the fence about this for years until I tried it. The increased energy level is worth it to me. And I'm not overweight, I do eat right and exercise regularly. I did do a lot of research in finding the right place to go though. Too many are just sales driven clinics who care nothing more than how much they can bill the insurance.

I've had my dosage adjusted down because the doctor felt I was too high in the acceptable range and prefers to keep folks at a bit lower level instead of at the top of acceptable. I also have to talk to the doctor or PA at every injection and answer a list of questions about how I feel and any side effects in addition to the regular blood work checks.

Is he a doctor or work in a clinic?
    Otherwise that sounds illegal
I'm sure it is less than legal, but what business does anyone have anyway about what supplementation someone uses that doesn't harm anyone else and isn't causing bloody conflicts in the street, it seems pretty benign at least in my opinion

I had a Dr tell me it might be all of the plastic we use, water bottles and such. He told me about some fish farm that had switched to plastic tanks for their stock. After a few generations there weren't enough males left to sustain the farm.

I probably screwed up a detail or 2 but you get the idea.

Yes, plastics and also avoid soy. Do a search on what all soy is in. It is eye opening!
