I have the Li'l Badger .22 single shot. I find shooting .22 rounds to be very relaxing. We've had some awesome weather lately and I decided to do a little plinking. I believe it is some of the most fun a person can have on a free day. Anyway, after shooting for awhile I took my lunch out of the cooler and did some bird watching. Went back to shooting. Years ago there was a brick factory outside of town. This is where I set up. I had a good time. Any other plinkers in here?

Regardless of why I go to the range, I try to reserve at least a little time for rimfire plinking at the end of the day. Helps keep things from getting too serious.

    Plinking is the funnest.

I enjoy shooting at tin cans out between 40-50 yards.

Soda cans are boring... unless they’re full.

Don't know if it really counts as plinking. But my grandson gets a real kick out of shooting golf balls. He gets a kick out of making them move. It's like an immediate reward for him hitting the target. Sometimes me and his dad will both shoot the same ball trying to get it to move in opposite directions.

Some of the best times I've had with my kids, was shooting cans when they were growing up. Got a lot of use out of my Ruger 10/22.

That crap is expensive too. After I shoot them all, I go back and hit the big pieces, then go back and hit the small pieces. Then I look for any pieces I can see in the scope.
