This story might have had a different spin has someone's grandmother across the street been killed by a stray AK-47 round. Seems to me that an AK is an over penetrating round for home defense in the inner city. He and his neighbors were quite fortunate.

The homeowner had an unfair advantage and so therefore should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, given he had a fully semi-automatic machine gun assault rifle and high capacity clip shrouds full of armor piercing incendiary bullets that surely exited the barrel at no less than 62 rounds per half a California second. Where is the justice?!
