The censoring is more disturbing than the shooting, at this point.

On this particular matter, perhaps it is. But on a big picture scale, I think the tech companies just shot themselves in the foot.

Countries are starting to say what can and cannot be linked, posted without having to pay for copyrighted material, or control hate, illegal, etc. stuff. Google and the likes have said they can't control every little detail of what millions of people post and can't be held to that standard.

Some lawyers and judges are going to start asking how they can be so good at censoring the things they want to and not others.

If he got it from someone in NZ, they could be prosecuted in NZ. NZ considers the video to be the equivalent of what we, in the USA, would consider legally proscribed as obscene.

At the 6-minute mark the narrator decided that reciting the Gettysburg Address, in full, was a reasonable way to introduce the video, promising to cover the story "in a brief time frame." I laughed out loud at that one.

Yeah, maybe he is able to reasonably hypothesize that Podesta was responsible for the New Zealand shooting. I doubt it but maybe.

He can't get to actually talking about the news until he spends more than ten minutes rambling, even explaining the symbolism of the graphic he displays during his rambling. Then, he starts talking about how there may have been a shooting. Maybe. He actually says he has a video of the way the shooting was faked but he's been shadow-banned from Twitter so, of course, he can't actually show it to anyone right now because, I guess, there are no alternative media outlets that would not censor.

He claims he'll release the video later in the week. Yeah, really.

Then he goes into nice, off-handed descriptions of heads being chopped off.

Then the majority of his discussion is a bunch of chan screenshots with careful analysis. Remind me...How much analysis does any chan post deserve?

Then he reads some Trump tweets and misreads parts of it, then goes with explaining the code involved in how many ellipsis marks Trump uses. Seriously - the guy says that ellipsis marks in Trump tweets are a code.

When he finally gets to the analysis of the shooting at ~38 minutes in, he immediately makes a couple of factual errors that anyone who has seen the video can identify.

I bailed.

Whoever this Q-Anon movement is, I don't think it's worth my time to figure out. I've been down chan-based rabbit holes before back when I had too much time on my hands and found them amusing.

If he releases video of the rehearsal for the attack proving it was all a hoax, feel free to post back. Otherwise, I suggest to my fellow TGT denizens that the video isn't worth the time commitment.

I truly believe that most people who push these crazy narratives do so knowing that most people will not actually check to see if their “facts” are actual factual.

Much like after the Vegas shooting when a guy claimed he used the videos sound to “prove” multiple shooters. Anyone without knowledge on the subject would eat it up, but it was all hokum. Same with the vids claiming an M60 was used based on fire rates and using a short audio clip while ignoring that the fire rate varied constantly.

Sadly, the more drawn out and convoluted these theories get, the less likely anyone is to sort through them. It’s like digging through a pile of manure to prove there’s no gold in it.

**** NEW ZEALAND AND **** THE THOUGHT POLICE.........I saw the video before it was obliterated from the internet. It is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen and i cannot unsee those 16 minutes. However, censorship is worse. If anyone here has seen it.........one thing is clear.......a single, handgun armed person with their wits about them could have ended it within the first three minutes. GUN FREE ZONES INVITE MASSACRES. Free zones of immigration without assimilation only foster division....not unity.
