Many have asked for them and we have produced. Many of our customers that use our Non-Rotate Trigger/Hammer pins were very unhappy when we discontinued our Generation 1 pins. Although the Generation 2 pins are much stronger, many AR15/ M16 owners really liked the, "dog bone, dumbbell" look of the Gen. 1 pins. We have now developed a Gen.2 Mod.2 that is identical to the Gen.2 pins, but cosmetically has the look of the Gen. 1 pin. At the same time as coming out with the Gen.2 Mod.2, we have added a color option. You can now buy your Gen.2 or Gen.2 Mod.2 pins with side plates in three different colors. The standard Black Phosphate, OD Green, or Dark Earth. The prices remain the same. The painted side plates have a phosphate base applied and then they are painted to match the Magpul OD Green and Dark Earth. One of the major sponsors of this site, Talon, is a distributor. Thanks and don't hesitate to reply!

Hey now, I have at least five AR lowers that those treasonous bastards at the BATFE know about......

Going to try out my fin-stabilized tennis ball launcher today I think.

    Gordon,
Look for a purchase order this week!

    FYI Guys,
We have used KNS for years now on all of our custom builds and as an upgrade when ordering after market triggers. The anti-walk, anti-rotation pins are one of the very best investments you can make on a rifle upgrade. It is an upgrade that can literally save your life or save a match.
Don't think your factory pins can walk out? Try pushing on your pins when the rifle is not cocked. If your pin can move with a little finger pressure they can damn sure walk out under fire!

I do not own an AR15 without them!

Thanks for the kind words Talon. I messed up and have been corrected about advertising on this forum. I guess I have been too used to other forums that I am involved with. They welcome manufacturers to post information about new products, so that you, the customers, have a channel to give feedback. So here is where it stands. If you have any technical questions, complaints, at-a-boys, or any of the such, please communicate those things with me. If you are looking to purchase our products, please address those things else where, or go through an authorized dealer like Talon. Thanks and I am sorry about the mix up!

Sorry about the trouble Gordon. It's a tricky situation when it comes to advertising. Allowing just anyone to advertise, things can really become incredibly saturated with advertisements, scams, and all sorts of stuff that can sometimes detract from the progress of the site. I'm sure we've all seen plenty of other forums and websites like that. ;) We really don't want to turn anyone away, however at the same time we'd really like to keep from some of the internet abusers and scam artists out there from getting out of control and spamming up the forum. Not to mention it definitely takes money to keep the site up and running. ;)

I will definitely be using your pins for any future AR builds.
