Ok, folks, I don't know that this is a good deal, but if you are looking for a scope it might be. I can tell you that I have ordered from SWFA and they are a good business to work with.
Anyway, this Burris scope shows $259 here, but should go to $159 if you add to cart. I did not check shipping charges, so that may kill it.
    Anyway:

They have a 110% price match too. I've used it a few times so I could buy local.

I’ve read mostly good things about SWFA scopes, but I personally have no experience with them.

May not be a gun but still a good deal on darn tough socks

laugh if you want. I never in my life thought I would consider paying 20 bucks for a pair of socks. I work on my feet 10 hours a day and the full cushion socks are worth every penny.

When you are on your feet 10 hours a day and your feet hurt it sucks. I thought it was crap until I tried them. After a week or so the foot pain was gone and so far the first ones I have tried are over a year old and still going strong.

So yep they retail for 21 and you can get them on sale for 15-16 bucks a pair. I would have no issues at all paying 30 bucks a pair though after using them.

$20 for 1 pair of work socks?

So they had 'em in stock for about 6 hours? "Daaang" is right.
Yep, got that at 1300, saw it and posted at 1415 and by 1930, gone.

When I went and looked at 1415 the consecutive numbers were already gone.

Yep, strictly online sales. Even the showroom is online, order at the rear and pickup at the counter. Cant even call it a showroom, rear wall ordering computers, front wall pickup cage, few shelves laying around with clearance crap thrown on them, one glass case with not much in it for the door monitor to stand behind.

I kinda feel like silencerco in Austin was like that, too. Surprising... but in reality, the smaller their retail space, the better off they are in that it's straight overhead, and I'd bet 95% or more of their sales are online, so no real need.

IIRC they had to have a "storefront" to sell a product due to manufacturer demands. It was either a knife or flashlight
