Kel-Tec PF9. The size and shape of a Ruger LCP, but in 9mm. Hides nicely in my front jeans pocket inside a DeSantis pocket holster. I carry a spare mag in a belt carrier that everyone assumes has a pocket knife in it, if they even notice it. It's not exactly fun to shoot, but it's impressively accurate.

That Kel-Tec P-32 is so cheap and light, it's tempting. I might have to get one just for shits and giggles. I have one 32 acp. A Beretta M1935. I cannot believe that thing was a standard issue military sidearm, even back then. It's tiny. It's sure fun to play around with though.

The LCP II is tempting me too. The more I look into it, the more I like it. It seems just about as close to a perfect pocket gun as you can get.

Does anyone else here have (or even recall) the R9 Rorhbaugh.

It is a magnificent little piece of firearm engineering.
    Tiny
    Reliable
$1200 + price was too much for its market and they went belly-up.
    Hand-made one at a time.

If you guys ever find one for sale grab it, as did I.

Love mine, though it's a rare oddity.

    Their tag-line was shoot-little/carry-always.
    Wise words?

Still the lightest and smallest Pocket Rocket (9mm).

I always have at least one on me. If I’m being lazy and don’t feel like carrying a 1911, then I pack two - a New York Reload, one in each pocket.

    In the woods...
To those who ask, "why a .22 or .32? Have you ever carried a 1911 all day when digging post holes? What about working in a bank or any other job where a firearm is not welcomed, or when you are entering people's homes for business?

That's when a .22 or .32, so small you often forget you have it, becomes the BEST - because it's the ONLY.

Or as my dad would say, "you'll be happy to have that pop gun when it's the onliest one you got!"

Anybody mention "Derringer" yet? Bond Arms, etc.?

To be honest with you, there are much better choices. I have a Derringer in 38SPL. It is not much smaller than my Taurus TCP and the TCP (and Ruger LCP) have 6 round magazine instead of two. Reloads are also much faster for 6 more rounds. The Derringer also hurts my hands more to shoot than the micro autos.
