I saw that story earlier and had the same thought. Between this guy and the elderly gentleman who’s family had him committed and told the police, they didn’t want his guns back, I thought to myself, “here we go, sliding down that slippery slope”!

As I’ve been maintaining for a good long while now, the only way to get this stopped, is to have SCOTUS rule the ‘Red Flag’ laws illegal and unconstitutional. (And that assumes they won’t so narrowly limit their ruling on a single, sole case as to not make a real Constitutional ruling on them).

The feds got introduced to him when he wrote a 5 page letter to Dan Crenshaw back in March. He made some statements about antifa in his letter, so Crenshaw turned his info to the feds back then. They just watched his social media page to find out all they neaded to know.

Definitely don't agree with what happened to him... just giving info from another article.

I guess that's a question for feds.

You think they would have a task force that could encircle a few square blocks where the masked ones are located & have them all arrested & treated as terrorists.

Well... it’s the FBI after all. They’ve lost my respect completely. And it’s NOT just the leadership as most pundits like to say - most all the rank & file has lost their moral compasses too. There’s always been a “core” of them willing to disregard the Constitution and fight against the American people - it’s just a much larger percentage now.
