As an alternative to super hi-%, but still 2011s in 9mm, I've played with (shot 2 different 3gun matches) with an STI HexTac. They're pretty sweet, and don't quite break the entire foundation of the house the piggy bank may be sitting on (translation: They're less expensive than the WC EDC)

I appreciate your conviction for STI. I have personal experience with one as well. I am not open to them for this current itch.
Is this really the crowd that has sympathy for a rabbit?
So caliber really does trump “capacity, recoil, cost”!! Glad to see that you do understand that.
So they why do you keep harping on rifles? Sheesh. Broken record.
I could ask you the same.Because arguing about which service pistol caliber has the best ballistics is like arguing to the ref over who got 4th place.
And I'm harping on rifles? Harldly. I just pointed out that going from a pistol caliber to a rifle caliber is an actual ballistic improvement, while one pistol caliber to another isn't.
Why is this such a big deal to you?
I could ask you the same.
Because I'm not the guy getting all worked up over "muh .45!".
9mm is not a con. ...
But there's a big difference between them capacity, and cost per round wise, and 9mm beats them all there
Well, you did, kind of. But it was ‘muh 9’ in post 48.
Humor, how does it work?
Good thing I'm a .40S&W guy....
