Sigh. We used to live in a street in San Marcos where evetybody brought their kids for Halloween. It was typical to have 1000 trick or treaters. We just had a big freaking party. I bought a keg, lots of wine, 20 or so pizzas and had a chili contest. The only requirement was you had to bring lots of candy. We just had fun.
