Interestingly, ~30 yrs ago Orlando (& other Fl towns) had a vagrant problem. Put them in jail with water and bread for a few weeks, then they left for other places (Ca?). Long long time ago they used 'orphan' trains to disburse them to the west, used as farm labor, few were actually adopted. Nothing new under the sun.

Notice how Miss Aguilar is reported to have put up a sign saying "We are worth a solution" and quoted a saying she is motivated but nothing indicates that she believes her finding gainful employment and supporting herself is the solution she is seeking. There are hundreds, if not thousands of assaults committed by Austin’s urban outdoorsmen. Most are just a report and a case number if that unless it rises to felony assault( aggravated)
