Looking for suggestions on rear sights for my CZ 75B 9mm. I'm cool with the front ones. The rear ones are terrible. Input with links would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Depends on what you are wanting to do.
While the 2 suggested above are great for defensive work, there are a lot better choices for target shooting.

    TFX PRO TRITIUM/FIBER-OPTIC DAY/NIGHT SIGHTS

I use these on my CZ-75 compact and will be getting a set for my CZ-75 B. They are excellent during both daytime and nighttime.

I put these on my 75B and they are okay but that orange ring on the front sight does not stand out like I thought it would. Wish I had put on a set from Cajun gun works.

I usually target practice with all my carry guns so I guess I'm looking for something that would accommodate both smitty

I would suggest open carry with no cover if you want to carry with target sights, they will catch clothing and hang up. I suggest dedicating on of your pistols to EDC and go with SD sights.

That’s kinda what I was getting at. Good target sights aren’t gonna be good carry sights, and good carry sights most likely aren’t gonna be good target sights.

I would love to carry either my CZ 75B or CZ 75 Compact but, they are all steel and just too heavy. My Glock 19 loaded with 15 rounds is lighter than my CZ Compact with 0 rounds.
I black out the dots on the rear sights on my CZ's and put a dab of orange paint on the front sight. This works for me.

Sounds like you need a P-07!
