We will be looking for commercial lease space in the San Antonio area next year. Anybody out there involved in commercial real estate or know someone that is?

    Thanks

    Not really.

Just curious, thinking of expanding or moving entirely?
VA is getting ready to become East California, and I pay too much in taxes to this state to support this nonsense. And we have relatives down there outside of San Antonio, and a few more in Laredo. So making the most out of bad situation.

Being diligent and keeping our options open. Like I said I don't like paying taxes to government that doesn't represent me.

San Antonio is pretty left leaning, so be ready for that. And learn a few spanish words and acquire an appreciation for spicy food.

You can browse loopnet.com to get an idea of stuff that's available and prices.

Done on all fronts. Really just looking for someone that will not be turned off by the gun business, and can work with us at a distance.

You may want to consider outside Bexar County. The established power structure here is leaning lefter and lefter all the time, property taxes are incredibly high and there's a very fishy tax structure for businesses (that is hearsay from businesspeople I have heard griping).

Want to find a location really wanting some good news like a new employer moving in? Look at Uvalde, Texas. They had their major employer (Dickies workwear) suddenly shut down and head south of the border. Left a big empty facility and a lot of formerly employed people behind.

That's been a couple years ago, I believe. Better tax situation, less political headwind for an increasingly persecuted industry than Bexar County and it is closer to the Hill Country and heaven. I don't have a dog in the fight but I have been promoting Uvalde ever since they got that belly punch.
Give their mayor a call or at least give it some consideration.

    Happy New Year!
