I just ordered my 1st Tucker this past Friday & now the wait for it to arrive.
I was on the Tucker website but they didnt have a rail light option for my pistol. So i call the 800# & leave a message. I was thinking i wouldn't hear anything back until the 1st of the year. About 5 minutes later my phone rigs with a local Houston # i didnt recognize. I listen to the message & it was Mr Rob Tucker himself that left a message back to me. I call Mr Tucker back & he said he heard my message & just added the rail light option for my pistol to his website. We chat a minute while placing my order over the phone & even set up my user info for future orders. I was extremely pleased with his customer service. I am looking forward to it arriving in a few weeks. It is only a kydex leather lined holster but im sure the quality is just as good as his leather products. Once i get me a pretty BBQ gun ill get one of his sweet leather holsters he has.
