    I didn't go to your link but to be clear, no license on YOUR private property or with the permission from a private property owner.

    So to be clear, you don't need a license to hunt hogs on private property in Texas, period. If you don't have permission to be hunting hogs on somebody else's property, you are poaching, which is covered by other laws. Having a license won't change that.

    Similarly, it may be illegal to hunt hogs on private property in some jurisdictions. Just because you are the landowner or have landowner permission, does not mean it is legal for you to do so. Again, other laws come into play that cover this.
