Coldest night of the year (so far). We had a low of 21.9 °F last night (about 5 a.m.) here in the Almost-Hill Country. I guess those poor saps in Minnesota would laugh at my discomfort.

Was not much warmer here, I think it was 27 or 28 when I took the pooch out this morning for a 3.5 mile walk. Had to take off my gloves and hat and partially open my coat's zipper about 2/3 of the the way through the walk because I was was sweating.

If you dress right for the cold, it is not too bad at all.

Now that I work from home the weather doesn't bother me so much. I just hope this warm winter we had doesn't mean the bugs will be out in full force this year. I almost have a heart attack everytime my GF screams when she sees a bug.
