Approved this morning at 5:11 AM Washington DC time.

23 days from submitted to approved.

My Form 4 was mailed out on 3/5/2020. Hoping for 45-60 day approval, but not holding my breath.

Nice lady at the NFA branch told me my Form4 was approved March 30. Purchase date was 6/8/19. So ~298 days from purchase to approval. Called RifleGear; they don't have the paperwork yet but promised to call just as soon as they open the envelope. I wasn't aware they still do snail mail but I guess they'd have to for the physical stamp.

My last 2 NFA stamps took almost a full year to get back to me. Funny part was they were a day apart getting to the gun store. Good excuse to go two days in a row

Filed my second eForm 1 on March 24th, received my stamp on April 15th.

So 23-23 days each.

So I gave in and called the NFA Branch today. My Sandman-K was approved. Question though; I submitted the Sandman-K and a Q Erector together with same personal check. I was under the impression they would be approved together. Was I informed incorrectly?

Had an eform1 get rejected after 23 days and had to resubmit. Hopefully next week.

I also checked on my promo Octane45HD from last year. It has been approved but waiting on the stamp to get to the dealer. The other 2 promo cans are still pending.....

Apparently they are working Saturdays. Just got the email my eform1 for SBR on a trust approved after 26 days. It was dated 5/30.

Time to get the lower engraved so I can transition from pistol brace to carbine buttstock.

Still waiting on the stamp for my Octane45HD to arrive, 34days post approval. 304 days to approval on form4 trust.

Called ATF and my spectre22 was approved 5/28 so 12 days into the 45 day clock for stamp to arrive at the dealer. 316 days to approval on a from 4 trust.

My octane9HD is still pending at 284 days so it should be approved in 3-4 weeks extrapolating from above.

Well I got the call that I had 3 stamps in yesterday. I wasn’t expecting the third to be approved until this week or next.

Times for form 4’s these days are all over the map.
Heck even the Post office throws a wrench into things. All three of mine were mailed on separate dates with about a 2 week spread and all arrived on the same day at the dealer.

Of course this beer flu situation has changed things too.

Of course common sense and government workers don't go together... But common sense would have you think if two forms and one $400 check was mailed together, both forms would be processed together.
