Laser/Waterjet/CNC cut of 17 gauge

I'm looking for a shop that would make me about 50 little thingies out of 17 gauge steel. I bought the prototype material in Ace's Hardware, but it turned out to be a lot of trouble. My cutting quality is garbage and I spend hours with file. I think it's time to ask professionas. Does anyone know of a good place that would work with a small order like that?

Nail head spur in Burnet Tx has a plasma table that should be able to do that.

I know of a construction dumpster in Round Rock with a bunch of 16 gauge metal stud cutoffs in it.

If sourcing material is an issue and 16 gauge will work let me know.

Laser would be nice but a water jet table will be clean as a pin.

Lasers at Craftmasters Powder-coating in Waco.

The cost on water jet over plasma is going to be considerably more.

But with water you get no warpage no deburing

I got in touch with Austin Water Jet. They are partially closed and do not want to deal with my order. However, they referred me to Supply Laser, who promised to give me a quote, but didn't. Also tried to contact CNCtec, but got no reply.

Waco is a bit too far, but I'm almost willing to give it a try.

Try Maker Space in Houston. They have a CNC plasma that might work. They do a lot to support the local community and do small jobs like these to fund their community outreach.

*I have no idea if the plasma cutter will warp the parts
