It is an Elite LTT. That is the way it comes. My 92A1 in the other picture has a cut and crowned barrel by LTT.

That’s what I was thinking! I saw that gun in a garand thumb video but it wasn’t about the beretta, he just had it with him while reviewing a sig M18.

He casually mentioned that the beretta was from somewhere that sounded like Langdon Tactical but I wasn’t sure as I hadn’t heard of them before. It’s a very good looking gun!

There. Taran Tactical baseplate = 7+1 rounds of 9mm in a near flush mag, Glock factory steel night sights and ZEV Pro trigger so you don't get stabbed every time you squeeze it.
And the slide from a 43x for the front serrations for whatever reason.

He has a video on the Elite LTT as well! Enjoy!

Got my Colt Wiley Clapp in.
Looks like they’ve quietly made some changes, or mistakes. The ejection port isn’t lowered and flared as it is on every other Wiley Clapp I’ve seen, and the finish is brushed on the frame flats instead of sandblasted. I’m ok with the latter.

Kinda annoyed by the lack of lowered/flared port as the price of the gun remains the same as it has been, but with less features now.

I’ve read another guys thread on 1911forum where he had the same issue. He says he called Colt and all they said is that they don’t advertise it as having a lowered/flared port so it’s not on them. May just look into having it done by a smith if Colt doesn’t honor it... I’m big on aesthetics and like the look of a lowered/flared port.

Still a damn sexy gun tho

I'd really like to see .357Max come back in a modern revolver like a Super Redhawk or a X-Frame S&W. I'd even like a lever-action rifle in the caliber. It deserves a lot more respect than history has given it.....

I would, too, but there's no way to avoid the flame-cutting problems that occur when handloaders decide to see how fast they can push lightweight projectiles. No revolver maker wants to deal with the customer service issues those guys inevitably cause.

I've shoot the 357 max and the 357/44 Bain and Davis.
It seems that they perform the same with the same loads.
Now the Herrett ... 357 Herrett gives a good bit more performance because of additional case capacity.
    A tad more recoil too.

Here is another 80% with an aftermarket upper. I removed the light rail and re-shaped the trigger guard on this one. I polished all of the innards and this one has a pretty darn good trigger......for a Glock.

If this gun was a beer, it would be this one:
