I'm smoking a couple of briskets, a couple of chickens, and a few racks of ribs. Gotta have a long weekend to get my smoke on. Considering I smoke "old school", I have to prep Friday night, smoke from 3:30 am -7 pm Saturday, eat and deliver to friends, lay around Sunday, clean up on Monday. it's a labor of love though. I love sharing good brisket with good friends.
