I got a coozie, a $10 Spec's gift card, a new wallet, two movies, a nutcracker, and another gift card. Pretty good Christmas when you get stuff you can use!

8 round Colt 1911 mag (for my Taurus, LOL), Kydex holster for my P220 and a carry handle scope mount for an AR. A few weeks ago I got a tomahawk as a combination birthday/Christmas present.

There was a lightning strike across the street a few months ago and it smoked a laptop, DSL modem, the A/C compressor contactor and my wonderful 52" TV. I contacted the family and friends so they chipped in a few bucks to help me replace the crashed electronics. The new TV is 42" but it works great! I was saving for a new TV but wanted it for the Super Bowl and the holiday games. They made up the shortfall, it was a team effort and that was my Christmas present!

Incidentally, all of the gear was protected by UPS and surge equipment but the strike blew two transformers off poles in the neighborhood so the units died anyway. I just stood up to pull the power plugs when the explosion happened. Farmers Insurance wouldn't pay because the jolt "came in off of the power lines." Remember Farmers AKA "the exclusion kings" when you shop for home insurance!

We're having a good Christmas this year. Bought a fair amount of junk for the kids, got my wife a few nice things, but the main thing has been putting the computers away and spending time at home with the family.

I won't get my real Christmas present for a few more weeks and my wife requires that I get a gun safe before any more of my toys come home. So I'll be getting a metal box when we get home.

I got a SOG Seal Pup, $100 gift card to Academy, and a shirt that says "We don't dial 911 in Texas" among other things! Very nice Christmas, but the best part was having my 3 kiddos and my girlfriend with me for the holidays - the 4 people I would do anything for.

Wishes to all of you having a happy New Year and a wonderful 2011 for all!!!!

Santa brought me a Ruger 10/22 Target. The girlfriend got me Big Buck Hunter 2 plug and play, couple CDs, couple books, some kit-kats and mike and ikes. Parents got us a new set of Dinnerware. Not a bad haul.

A caliber conversion in .357SIG for my P226, a hand-held dual band HAM radio, a turkey fryer, and an inside electric grill. It was a good Christmas... ;)

I got the gift of giving, gave ammo to family members, got my kids and wife everything on their lists + extras, pretty nice being able to make everyone happy. Oh, and I got to watch my brother-in-law think he won $20,000 off a fake lotto scratch off...THAT was hilarious, and worth the broken furniture when he started jumping around, he's a "Big Fella"...
