This about the third or fourth campaign stop I have seen where the security and suck up reporters outnumber the public by more than 2:1.

It’s pretty clear that Joe and Ho are drawing almost zero public crowds. They are also probably having the people whot set up the platforms, audio, etc. stand in the audiences because we almost never see a crowd shot.

I have seen a lot like this and at first, was encouraged by it.

But I thought about it a little more and had this realization: Yes, the enthusiasm for Harris-Biden is very low. Yet, their voters have a problem: they are really voting AGAINST Trump. They may even be a bit uncomfortable with some the crap being spouted by Joe and the Ho. They really don't WANT to hear any more, it might cause conflict for their conscience, should they have one. So why attend a rally? Nah.

AND they are being "consistent" with their cult-beliefs about masks and gatherings (We aren't talking about the people protesting). I think Biden IS going to win, and it's because people are voting against Trump every bit as much as I held my nose and voted against Hillary against my better judgment last election.

EO, which carries the force of law. For the purposes of my post, it's a distinction which makes no difference. Disobey and there are specified legal remedies, in this case it's a Class 2 misdemeanor. Ergo, the organizers of the event are going to keep a lid on attendance, because they are not going to let Harris, or the NC democrat chair, get hit with a misdemeanor.
