    Question?

Is the descriptor "derp faced chuckle headed jasper" redundant? What if we added "Troll assed" in there.

Asking for a card counter I know.

They will probably find out in 15 years it causes early onset alzheimers or something like that. Or autism in kids. Who knows? Zero testing. I'm not a guinea pig.
In 15 years I will be nearing my life expectancy at birth so hmmm. Is the 15 years a firm edumacated guess or....

There is no way they can know what long term side effects would be. Disease and cure all happened in one year. All they know is hardly anyone died the week they got the shot.

deemus, what difference does it make? You said you are not getting vaccinated. So even if 10 years from now and they prove it is safe and covid hits again you won't take it.

My brother called today and asked about vaccine. The issue is not will he get it but which one. I predict that Moderna will be the big one in smaller towns and Pfizer in areas that have the capability to refrigerate. I don't mind waiting a few months to see how this plays out.

Just a guess on my part, but it's possible the vaccine has a very narrow window of temperature that it can be stored at. Any range of temperature above or below that range may compromise the vaccine.

    Purely a guess though.

Okay, but if it has to be stored at damn near 100 below, what happens to it when its thawed? You're talking a 200 degree temperature swing almost to get it to body temp, or are they gonna inject everyone with ice cubes?

There was a viral video of that nurse from NY getting her injection - from an empty syringe (which I thought was a no-no, as it can cause an embolism?)

Sasquatch, honestly I don't know. My speculation was purely a guess and nothing more. Personally I find it odd that the vaccine has to be kept at such a low temperature in the first place.

You can only get an embolism for IV not IM injections.

I was listening to NPR this morning, and one of the negative side effects (that around 4% of the recipients get) is Bell's Palsy.

I found a source that touches on it:

Bell's Palsy is an awful thing to get and is disfiguring for a few weeks. My wife got it 12 years ago, and although she got better her left eye has never been the same.

4 people out of 40,000 does not equal 4%. Math skills.

One can make a few inferences based on those details (assuming they are valid concerns). For example, the following conditions would potentially fit the scenario:

    1. Some component of the vaccine begins to rapidly degrade once the temp raises, but has a short window of time before reaching a critical threshold.

    2. Said vaccine component would likely be highly reactive upon entering the body, rapidly achieving metastasis throughout critical areas...
(side note): while just one data point, the nurse who passed out on live TV a few minutes after receiving vaccination (not sure which it was) would support this hypothesis...
