You can trim the 9mm cases down to Makarov cases. Don't size the cases before trimming as it can make it more difficult because the Makarov is a bit larger in diameter. If the trimmer you use requires you to remove the primer, you can use the decapping pin from a Lee sizing die and a hammer/mallet. I found some more 45 colt cases to send you and I'll throw in some Makarov cases to get you started.

Don't know what I was thinking. You can pop the primers with the Makarov sizing die. Also, it makes things easier if you flare the case mouth with the Makarov expander die.
