Not to steal any of Pronstar's thunder regarding the birth of Stetson, but I had long ago given up on being a grandfather because my son and his wife had decided (90% her) that they would not have children. Fast forward 2 years and, after 15 years of marriage, my son has divorced and fallen in love with a wonderful woman who is 10 year younger than him. They are expecting twins and today I found out that both are boys! At 72 years old, I thought that the family lineage would end with my son who is 42, but now it will continue through two male heirs. I am so excited I could shout out the window!

God has a way of giving us our heart's desires if we are just patient and faithful. I could not feel more blessed and look forward to August when the little guys will make their debut.

Spoil them rotten, but educate them too!

    baboon; All,

IF you have new children/grandkids that you want to go to PRIVATE SCHOOL, ASK!!

At just 22 months of age, my adopted son, Nathan Paul, has already been approved in writing to be admitted as a THIRD GRADER at my old school.
(I mentioned him to our Alumni Secretary about 90 days ago & was asked if I planned to PRE-REGISTER him for the graduating Class of 2037.)

As a result, I filled out the Academy's admission papers & about 10 days later received a PERMIT TO REGISTER, signed by the Chairman of our Board of Trustees, for THIRD GRADE or any other academic year thereafter AND Pre-Approved Admission to our new/affiliated Junior College, too.

    yours, satx

My father felt about the same way when my twin sons were born. He was 73 at the time. Congratulations grandpa!
