My dad used to reload various calibers. He sold his press and all of the components a few years ago, or so he thought. As he began packing for his move back to Texas from phoenix he found a few things he had squirreled away.

    Friends,

Those .30-30 bullets make GREAT deer hunting ammo in .30-06, ..308 or .300SAV cases. = Those bullets, at about 2200-2500FPS, are EFFICIENT KILLERS & do NOT damage a lot of edible meat on WT, MULE & AXIS size deer..

NOTE: Generally as I have easy access to cast bullets, I use a 190 grain GCCB, made of wheel weights, for those cases & load it to about 2100FPS.

    yours, satx

Good to meet you! Thanks for meeting me on my way home

    Hoji,

IMO, AZRefugee is "GOOD PEOPLE". = I bought an over 70YO shotgun in GOOD SHAPE from him, that I had wanted for years & years & that he priced reasonably.

"COLOR ME" PLEASED clear down to the ground with my purchase.
(Several friends, who have seen it, have asked me to sell it & I have answered each friend with: "Ask my daughter to price it, after I'm dead & gone." = It is just NOT for sale.)

    yours, satx
