I was up at that time normally when I had an hour commute to the office...now it is a 5 second walk to the kitchen for coffee and then to the living room to connect to the office.

I used to get up about 345 every morning.... hit the gym, take care of what I had to for the business I had and then go to work a full time job. Now I am either up at 4 to be at work at 530 or up at 445 to go to the gym then work. Basically sleep is just a suggestion in my life. Lol. Honestly I wouldn't have it any other way though. :-)
