Yes, I know it's technically not a pistol but my favorite would be the first centerfire handgun I ever owned and, luckily, still have. It's a Ruger Blackhawk, 1976 production with the "200th year..." markings on the barrel. It's been used hard for a lot of years. It remains a shockingly easy-to-shoot piece, something I'll grab whenever I just want to go to the range and decompress. When I want to put in more effort, there are other guns with which I can do better at longer ranges. But for just enjoying an hour standing up and punching paper, this may be the best I own.

Sig 220 or Glock 21. Have had both over the years, and liked them both. That Glock never jammed. Never.

Both great guns, I've had a few samples of each. For the Glock - the G21SF is the winner to me. It feels better than the original, though I don't mind the original. I've also had the G30 and G30SF - the 30SF is a big upgrade over the standard 30, the feel is more pronounced to me with that gun. For a compact .45, the G30SF is a good shooter, like the M&P .45C

One I traded for some years ago, and carried for a while, was a Springfield Armory XD Compact 45. It was a great shooting little pistol, and it carried quite well. But it suffered from what any compact pistol in 45 does, low magazine capacity, because of those short and fat cartridges!
