    What a beautiful day.

I put down 3 pallets of sod yesterday on the back yard. Thanks @KJQ6945 for coming over to EZ's Backyard Crossfit & lending a hand :weights:

I'll also throw in some props on his deck building skills from last week. Thanks for your help my brutha.

Nice deck! Don't forget to build yourself some long, wide ramps (even if they are detachable!, you'll be glad you did!).

Reminds me of this guy, $3k is 1600lbs.
    That guy's a dumbass.

We had a guy come into the office to pay a bill in pennies one time. The manager of the unit put in for overtime and showed him into a conference room where, by policy, all cash payments had to be counted twice before issuing a receipt. Of course, there couldn't be any possibility of any misappropriation of funds so the guy had to be present for the entire count. If he had to leave the room for a pee break, everybody left and they locked the door till he came back. There were no counting machines; it was all done by hand.

The guy showed up mid morning. By 2 or 3 in the afternoon, his wife was non-stop yelling at him for wasting her time. By about 5, she took the truck and told him he could find his own way home. When the count ended at around midnight, he had to call a cab (this was before cell phones) and take it home. Seeing as how the bill was paid in southwest Houston and he lived way up 59, halfway to Lufkin (in Shepherd, iirc), I imagine that cab ride cost him a couple of hundred dollars.

I notice that the reporter in the video didn't say anything about how long the guy had to stand there while they counted out the $3K in pennies. I'm betting it was quite a while and definitely long enough to make it totally not worth it.

Well, except he managed to bring the media and get on TV. I guess that's worth a lot to some people.

I was talking to the wife about a ramp vs stairs tue other day. We got one fur face getting older with bad hips, not to mention g-ma & granny are getting up in age. Sure would make it easier on em with a ramp.

Might not be the smartest thing for time management, but if all you got is time.... might as well be a pain in the ass
