I don't know who was beating a dead horse. I was merely posting a headline that I found to be interesting for anyone who might want to comment. I didn't know posts on here had to be about Texas until you said so. But, I read the rules again and it does not say that.

Pretty much. I don't care about Commie states like California and New York anymore. They are lost causes IMO. They are only going to get worse, not better in regards to gun rights.

I bought some ammo at Walmart last week. I was not aware of anything being audio or video recorded. My son-in-law bought some the week before and another Walmart and he didn't say anything like that happening there either.

From the article, so did the LGS in San Jose, but that was not good enough. They also wanted audio recorded and I don't think the security cameras did that.

If I'm a mute, I can't buy ammo/guns in San Jose? Wouldn't that be in direct conflict with fed ADA regs. San Jose city council? That's discrimination, seems to me some councilpersons got some 'splaining to do.

They scan your ID into their system when you purchase ammo. Not every Walmart does it, but it is company policy.

Is talking required to complete a sales transaction?

Customer sets item down on counter. Salesperson rings up the item, totals it. Amount shows on the register. Customer pays for item. Salesperson bags and hands item to customer.

No talking was required for that transaction to take place on the part of anyone.
