Sure, it’s not hydrazene, but look at the front side of the equation. Production, storage, and distribution of LH2 and LOX (Blue Origin uses the liquid form of both) ain’t exactly clean.
The whole ‘total cost of ownership’ thing conveniently gets bypassed anytime ‘clean’ or ‘green’ energy gets bandied about. Is it relatively cleaner? Probably, but it a whole lot of other energy had to go into getting to the end use.

IIRC diesel prices eclipsed regular unleaded before LS and ULS. That's when us country boys really started hitting the "red".The change in diesel prices is the government again. It costs more for the extra refining needed to reduce sulpher content.
