Is there a link to a free livestream site for this?
Yes. It's in the link in the quoted part of your post.

Generally, the procedure is to go to nbcolympics.com, click on "Explore Sports", click on "Shooting", and then read and follow the directions.

You have to use your login credentials to your cable provider to make it work. If you don't have cable TV, if you're a dedicated cord cutter, you're mostly out of luck. There other avenues via NBC products; they have various apps and Peacock TV but I haven't completely sussed out all the particulars.

Ah, the pranks we would play when I was in the Corps. We would duct tape people in them. Yes, they would on occasion be turned over.

I was on a job site where the electrician & plumber got into it one day because the plumber cut some of the electricians conduit. The electrician waited until the plumber used the Porta can & ran out behind him with a cordless drill, ran some screws in the door, pushed it over & yelled... "try plumbing your shit now". The job super didn't find it as funny as most of us did. My buddy & I laughed all the way home that day.

So far fro July, the temps have been tame. Usually by this time the temps are in the high 90's to the low 100's. We still got August and September to get through though
That’s why I was working today. It only hit 94 here. The 15 day forecast shows it warming up. I’m damn near Canadian, I melt if it gets hot.
