Kinda light for 9mm. I bet they'd be screamers and do some damage.i load them for the wife's 380 after watching a guy on YouTube test all sorts of different ammo for expansion.

After watching the same guy do 9mm I switched to HST bullets though.

It's a good powder! I know that will get used out of context!
I've never used any powders from them except when I very first started and loaded some rounds with deavis using power pistol. Well, I guess I have some red dot for shotgun loads though. I just picked up a pound of blue dot and a pound of green dot in a trade from a charlie here (the scorpion one, not the alien one) but I haven't had a chance to use them yet.

Holy hell! Reminds me of watching taofeldermaus loading 22 nail gun blanks behind 22cal pellets. They were going stupid fast and doing more damage than the 22lr was. I'll have to try to find that video.

Edit: found the video. Found another guy chronoing these at 2800fps using nail gun blanks on pellets.

    Got these in the mail.

The small black item is Lee’s 8-32 threaded case trimmer. Incase you didn’t know. I’m thinking of setting each one fir a specific grain weight for a specific round, maybe. Or just for a specific powder. Hopefully one will work with H110 without leaking powder

Finally got some time to load some brass for 300 Savage. I love my Savage Model 99 but I haven't been able to buy ammo for a while. Pardon the pun but I finally bit the bullet and took all my spent brass and loaded all 100 rounds. I am never throwing that brass away again after this ammo shortage. Lesson learned.

Just run some .308 brass thru your .300 Savage die and trim.

Sorting through some seconds I bought recently. There about 30 ish bullets that are different than advertised. I’ll weigh those when I get time.

These 90g Valkyrie bullets have lead on the end. The yogurt container has some that will require a little work before shooting.

I have a big tub with the ones ready to load.

In my experience ammunition that has been reloaded to "screaming fast" just for kicks is not always the most accurate load nor the most reliable.

Personally, I load my semi-auto/revolver handgun rounds for pistol performance and accuracy; and rifle rounds to the recipe THAT particular rifle/scope combination prefers at long range. I check the velocities only to verify consistency, but as long as it cycles the action and hits to POA at 20+ yards for pistols and 200+ for rifles I call it good.

My loads may be slower than max, but I can guarantee they are highly reliable and still very lethal.

I went through the young and dumb stage where I thought faster was better. So…..I throated a couple of .220 Swift barrels pushing the 4000 limit and loaded all my 357 loads pushing and exceeding the recommended Herc. Limits. Took me awhile to learn slow might be more accurate.
