At BEST he will agree not to stand for re-election, which I believe is next year. Even that is doubtful.

There's no way he resigns and there's no way he gets impeached. Will. Not. Happen.

I don't know if there are any legal ramifications to whatever it is the AG released today (like an indictment or something) but if so, I doubt she has the guts to bring it and if she does he'll fight it tooth and nail, and win. And then will be relected in a landslide.

He's a liberal made man. He's untouchable. Liberal hypocrisy at its finest, and not one liberal will care. Not one.

Edit: just read that this "investigation" involves civil, not criminal violations which (I think) means it's going to be up to the various women involved to bring lawsuits forward. So... good luck with that.

ianal but if this is true, why did the AG get involved in the first place?

Don't think Cuomo will have much choice now that the NY AG found him guilty of sexual harassment. DeBoobilo, NYC mayor just announced un-jabbed can't go into any public place without their vaccination certificate or something along those lines. What the heck is wrong with folks in that state? Why they keep putting these idiots back as their masters?

I do not think, that even in that leftist scumhole dark-hole of NY, that the state's Attorney General can find anyone guilty of any crimes; I think that is still left to a judge (non-jury trial) or a jury to decide.

In answer to your question, the great majority of people in NY state are liberals/leftists - like it used to be in TX until not so long ago (until around 1987 and even at least one of TX's Republican governors since then was a RINO - GWB). Go figure why people vote in demoncrats (or other libs) year after year, what with their truly anti-American rhetoric and their socialist and commie leanings (hidden or outright). I will never be able to fathom it. In NY, most of them live within or close to New York City, Buffalo, Rochester and Albany and their numbers are overwhelming when it comes to voting. As some radio host used to say, 'liberalism is a mental disorder' (or something like that) and it certainly holds true in elections and festers long term, especially in places like NY. Hopefully, NY will be able to break free from the grip of that disease and free itself or tyrannical rule within my lifetime. It would be nice to see a drastic change with the leftists ousted just as it happened here in TX.

Well based on Cuomo's news conference, his answer to her was **** you it didn't happen, so I am staying.

I think he's going to hit reverse at some point. Lots of other big-name Dems are going to come out against him. He is the sacrificial lamb. If he pushes to stay they may have no choice but to push criminal charges, which would be bad for the dems. If he fights that, they may have no choice but to pursue criminal charges in relation to 11,000+ deaths he caused. That would be bad for the dems.

Hell, he could wind up Epstein'd if they really want him out.

Heh. If y’all think anything is going to happen re: Cuomo sitting in front of a judge for anything in general or being held accountable for the COVID nursing home murders specifically, I got some ocean front property in Rock Springs for you.

Careful there! I'm trying to sell a slightly used bridge for cheap!

So far, no one seems interested.
