My wife does meatloaf in the oven. When I make meatloaf, I use my smoker. Smoked, bacon-wrapped meatloaf is pretty good.

Oh.... That sounds tasty! I do all kinds of meatloaf in the oven, smoked meatloaf sounds yummy. I need to add smoker to the list of things I want now.

There isn't much I won't cook on my smoker. We use it pretty much year round. About the only thing that keeps me from using it, is very heavy rain.

Hmmm...I might have to give that a try. I do like hatch chili peppers and use them in several different things. Meatloaf may be the next thing I use them in.

I know that we are talking meatloaf (have some left over in the fridge), but someone had to mention hatch chilies.

Who tried the hatch chili burgers at Whataburger last year? That was truly awesome. Can't wait until they bring those back.

I bought a smallish smoker from these folks about 15-20 years ago that is still in great shape. Ain't cheap but, worth the expense, in my opinion.

This delta variant is reportedly a mostly hay fever like event. I'm sure some are getting sicker but that's what I hear most saying.

Everytime I go for my yearly checkup it makes me feel young. Everyone else in there looked much older.
