The Offline Contact Reference Thread

In response to a good idea that has been proposed by multiple members, this thread is designed to act as a reference source for contact info if a member goes AWOL or there is some other urgent need to contact them.

This thread is NOT for discussion. Please limit posts to letting everyone know that if you go missing, there's another member who knows how to contact you.

Do not post any of your personally identifiable information, i.e. don't put your phone number, legal name, address, etc. here. If any information changes over time and you're not able to edit your post, PM me or another mod and ask for your post to be edited.

Your name is attached to your post, so an example of how to post, including just the information needed to fulfill the purpose of this thread is:

ETA: If you want to post that there is no one who can contact you offline, that's OK, too.
