I'll throw my 2cents in; having ran and overseeing covid vaccine testing sites for Ft. BRAGG NC and currently working a vaccine site here in TX.
Covid related deaths always had some underlying condition, weather it was known or not. No same covid death was the same in the cases I reviewed over. But covid does make it a even harder to stabilize a patient when they are already compromised.
Do I feel covid is being fear mongered, absolutely.
That being said if your willing to get the shot then do it.

Turns out, the teen had stage 4 brain cancer.
It wasn’t until the family made a huge stink about it, then the article was corrected.

A COVID complication would be pneumonia, heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, etc. It's not political or posturing. It's the correct terminology.

Kinda like no one dies from HIV/AIDS. You die from the disease HIV/AIDS let you acquire, such as cancer, wasting disease, or sepsis. We say the patient dies of cancer, a complication of HIV/AIDS.

If you want to get real technical, everyone dies from the same thing - anoxic brain injury. How you got the anoxic brain injury is the question.
